Do I get free membership to the MDA programme with the purchase of Morfik?

As a customer of Morfik, you can take advantage of the services available in the Standard Morfik Developer Assist (MDA) programme which provides developers the ability to easily submit customer service or technical support questions, download software updates and hot-fixes and more.

Can I cancel my MDA subscription at any time?

You can cancel at any time and your subscription will not be renewed for the subsequent year. However there will be no refund for the remaining period of your subscription in the current year.

What are Hot-fixes and Service Packs?

Hot-fixes are made available to overcome critical software bugs for which there is no work-around. Regular service packs provide additional documentation, bug fixes and further design optimization to remove obstacles and help developers achieve a greater level of success with Morfik software.

How frequently are Hot-fixes and Service Packs released?

As a general rule service packs are produced on a quarterly basis after a major upgrade release and may continue for two or three cycles. In contrast Hot-fixes are much more frequent and do not follow any particular pattern in terms of time. They are produced in response to critical bugs and their frequency much depends on the stability of recent releases.
